No. It helps you investigate sources and keep track of your work. A directory or link candidate still needs a relevance check, and a listing may require payment or approval. Rankings and placements are not guaranteed.
Other customer workspaces cannot access your projects through the app. The server owner can see scan metadata for support and budget control, and operates the underlying storage. The public example above never uses customer data.
The application checks estimates, reserves funds and stops managed scans when a charge needs review. These controls are not a spending cap enforced by DataForSEO itself. Requests outside this application are not included.
