About your service request
This is a early-access pilot operated by the owner of this Rankhunt instance, not a generally available service.
What is saved
Your contact email, optional name and website, task description, selected service, project preferences, the rate shown and request history. If you explicitly attach project context, the displayed evidence is saved with the request. Submitting does not start a scan.
Who can access it
The server operator can review requests and keep internal notes. Signed-in submitters can view their own requests; guest receipts are restricted to the submitting browser session. A matching email address alone does not grant an account access to a guest request.
Contact and notifications
Your email is used to discuss this request, not to subscribe you to marketing. No automatic email confirmation is sent. If configured, an operator can send a minimal notification containing the request reference through their SMTP provider; the notification excludes client contact details and report content.
What not to send
Do not include passwords, API keys, private customer data or confidential documents. Access needed for agreed work is arranged separately.
Storage and questions
Requests are retained in the instance database until the operator handles a removal request. This pilot has no automatic retention schedule. For access or removal, contact the instance operator through the channel where this instance was shared, or reply to their correspondence with your request reference. Public launch requires named operator contact details and a reviewed retention and privacy policy.
